This Open edX program trains and certifies users in the RPPL Measurement Toolkit: Tools for Equitable Reading Instruction of Foundational Skills (TERI:FS) observation tool. Learners progress through a sequence of modules covering the tool's framework and scoring criteria, with embedded knowledge checks throughout.
Certification requires a calibration assessment: learners score expert-coded videos, and their ratings must match the expert codes with 80% agreement within one scale point. Certificates are issued automatically upon passing.
